There are two types of people - those who come into a room and say "Well, here I am." and those who come in and say "Ah, there you are."     - Frederick Collins

As we will always remember September 11, 2001 we need to be prepared in the event of another attack or in case of a natural disaster.  Our goal is to be proactive and respond quickly and efficiently to provide aid to our fellow citizens in times of emergencies.  But, we need you on our Volunteer Response Team to accomplish that goal.

All it takes is your commitment to the mission and your action to the cause.  Be a part of your community and take a role with other caring individuals who want to make a difference in where we live.

Be the person we can say, "Ah, there you are!"

There are many areas in which we could use your help.  If you're interested in taking a part of a program that can help your neighbors in time of troubles, click on the application below.  You will find a brief list of the job descriptions listed on the application.  Please check the one you feel most qualifies for.

For more information about the program, please call the Mohave County Department of Public Health, Volunteer Coordinator, Paul Pitts at (928) 718-4964.
